1. What do I need to have on my server machine before installing the Lessons Learned Server evaluation?
The server machine should have MySQL, Apache and PHP installed and running. If you don't have them already installed on your Windows server machine, you can download BloxAMP above to perform the installation.
2. How can I upgrade Lessons Learned Server from a previous version?
Simply download the latest installation package and specify the installation directory to be the current directory where Lessons Learned Server has been previously installed. The installer will automatically detect the previous installation performing the necessary upgrade while preserving all previous settings, files and data.
3. Can Lessons Learned Server be used as a personal information manager?
Yes, Lessons Learned Server can be installed on a desktop or laptop machine and used for a single user. In fact, it proves as one of the best personal information managers around.
4. Does Lessons Learned Server provide an uninstaller?
Yes, a neat uninstaller is available which safely removes all application specific files while maintaining user specific data. The uninstaller is placed within the installation directory and can be executed by an Administrator (Windows) once an un-installation is required.
5. What options do I have after installing Lessons Learned Server?
You are provided with the two options; either fully activating Lessons Learned Server by purchasing one of the offerings in the purchase page, or the option of evaluating Lessons Learned Server.
